Table in Apple's Numbers

1. Create a 10 by 2 table from Numbers in the iCloud
   by the steps below:
   
2. Resize the width of the columns.
3. Typing in the ingredients information as below
   
4. Insert a textbox below the table.
5. Copy the number list from Pages that you created before and
   paste them into the above textbox.
6. Insert an image at the same sheet. The picture is taking from
   the result of your cooking.
7. Insert a video at the sheet 2. Use your iPhone to record the
   procedure of your baking wings as a video.
